I placed An order for pick up
Didn’t receive a message stating the order was ready although the website states the order would be ready in 24 hours. I called Two days later and was told I could pick up in an hour. I sent my sister to pick up the people who work there told my sister “they don’t sell hair” imagine that you work there and have no clue. They had to call someone else in. They did not have all of the hair in stock. They told me the 613 I needed would be in today and it wasnt. Before speaking to me they canceled my order, showed me that they said it was refunded , yet I have not received a refund or an email like they said was sent. No it’s not in my spam. I will Never do business with them again .
